Stephen is a Corporate/Mergers and Acquisitions partner at Gadens with over 30 years' experience in the legal profession. In addition to focussing on corporate legal advice, Stephen has a long history of involvement in the not for profit sector having been a director of the O'Brien Foundation for 19 years (currently the Chairman), a director of the O'Brien Institute from 2000 until 2009 (now a department of St Vincent's Institute of Medical Research), a director of Carlton Football Club from 2006 to 2012, and a former member of the Victorian Leadership Council of The Funding Network.
