Richard is the founder and CEO of The Hollard Insurance Company and co-founder of Greenstone Pty Ltd. Richard is also a Director and the Deputy President of the Insurance Council of Australia and serves on the Advisory Board of Head Over Heels, a non-profit that supports high-potential women-owned businesses. Richard is also a Director of the Ascham School Council of Governors.
